For most tasks and small projects, I charge hourly (with a 1-hour minimum). Certain tasks are flat rate or based on area (ie. painting). I will confirm with you prior to commencing work.
I serve Austin (South Austin, Central Austin, North Austin, East Austin, Westlake Hills), as well as Bee Cave, Buda, Kyle, and Lockhart.
