PRICING

Hourly Rate

I charge an hourly rate of $85/hour (with a $150 minimum).

Any materials purchased for the job are added to the final bill with no markup.

Flat Rate

Flat-rate pricing is available and preferred for projects with a clear scope.

For these jobs, I do a free initial consultation, and the total price of the project is discussed and agreed to before work begins.
